Just in case you were wondering who Don Aapo is…
In 10 Years From Now
To be honest I just turned 30 and I should have a tradition sometimes of having a mid life crisis as I learned back then from a man that I admire a lot, Leo Gura.
I started following him a good 10 years ago and he taught me a lot of stuff that I’d never heard of before or considered. His whole thing is living a profound life, and I just find that beautiful AF.
So I learned from him among other things to have a journal of dreams and visions — to vision a lot more, and to plan one’s life and get clarity on one’s desires — what kind of career do I want? What kind of impact do I want to make on a daily basis?
So What Dreams Are Best?
So it made me think — what kind of dreams do I now have, as opposed to me when I turned 20? Back when I was 20 I guess I ultimately wanted to be a really great piano player and rich. That’s probably it. Now that I am 30 I am really interested in being a writer. So it has changed, and that’s just cool.
So, what are your dreams? What kind of impact do you want to make today and tomorrow and next week?
To be honest at 20 I would have not dared to imagine that I would own a business as cool as artWeekly is. So I did actually manage to exceed my expectations a little bit, and that is awesome.
